If you are interested in the Company’s Services, you may provide your contact information, including your name, e-mail address, in the “Contact” field on the Site. That is the only PII that the Company collects through the Site.
The Company uses the PII for a single purpose: to respond to your inquiry about the Company’s Services.
The Company will not sell, rent, provide, or disclose, the PII to third parties, with the exception of the Company’s third party service provider vendors, such as, without limitation, server hosts, and mobile application distributors to the extent necessary to maintain the Site, or, if required to do so by law.
Like most standard web site servers, the Site uses log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to PII, except to prevent fraud or abuse of the system.
The Company maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of information transmitted through the Site. The Company secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the Internet or other network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while the Company endeavors to protect information transmitted in connection with its services, it cannot and does not guarantee the security of any information transmitted through the Site, and you do so at your own risk.
Please be aware that your Personally Identifiable Information and communications may be transferred to and maintained on servers or databases located outside the United States, in jurisdictions the laws of which may not be as protective of your privacy as those the United States. Nonetheless, by using the Site, you agree that the collection, use, transfer, and disclosure of your PII and communications will be governed by the applicable laws in the United States.
